In this video I will walk you through how to record audio for your drum cover video from start to finish. Lets get started, click the video below.

    Question:

I am in the process of obtaining an audio interface. My question is, can I mic up my kit using my mixer, and use an aux send to my interface for my master send?

Absolutely Carlos. You will have 1 signal going to your DAW (digital audio workstation), rather than individual tracks for each microphone. Your mixing and EQ’ing will be done on your mixer. Let me know if you need further help!
